Position Overview:
We're looking for a skilled and reliable Customer Service Officer to join our team. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them with product information, order management, and issue resolution while ensuring we stay in line with industry regulations. Two days a week, you'll also support our front desk operations at the office. Your work will play an important role in maintaining our high standards of service and product quality.
Key Responsibilities:The Customer Service Officer at CAM Bioceramics plays a key role in supporting customers with product selection and information related to our calcium phosphate-based materials.
· You’ll handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and work with technical teams to ensure clear and accurate communication.
· Managing the full order process—from entry to delivery—will be a key part of your responsibilities, in close coordination with production and logistics.
· Expect to provide basic technical support and keep customer records accurate and up to date in HubSpot.
· As the link between customers and our sales and R&D teams, you’ll help ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
· Two days a week, you’ll support our front-desk operations by welcoming clients, suppliers, and other visitors, and making sure all daily activities at the office run smoothly.
· Part of your role will include preparing accurate documentation for regulatory compliance and following up after sales to support customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
· MBO-4 or HBO-level education.
· 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
· Clear and confident communication skills, with a professional and approachable manner.
· A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a strong focus on customer service.
· Familiarity with regulations in the medical device or bioceramics field is an advantage.
· Experience using Financial and CRM systems (Exact, HubSpot).
