Customer Service Representative Benelux

We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Eindhoven (NL). In this role, you will support our customers across the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg.

Your role

Our customer service team is dedicated to supporting Gerflor’s customers throughout the entire process, from order to cash. You will collaborate closely with our sales team and interact directly with our diverse customer base, which includes floor layers (contractors), architects, and wholesalers. Therefore, it is essential that you can effectively engage with a variety of people.

  • Customer service by phone, Teams and email
  • Order handling and follow-up of project execution
  • Provide pro-active advice and support to our customers
  • Update and maintenance of the CRM and ERP system
  • Commercial mindset
  • Administrative support to customers and internal team

Requirements:

We aim to distinguish ourselves by offering the best customer service in the industry. Therefore, it is crucial that you are comfortable engaging with our customers at every touchpoint of the customer experience. Alongside Gerflor's sales teams, you will represent our company to the outside world.

  • Fluent in Dutch (must), English (must) and French (preferred)
  • Professional experience in similar role (Customer Service, Inside Sales, etc.)
  • Positive and people-oriented attitude
  • Good organizational skills and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Good listener and problem solver
  • Able to work independently and to prioritize tasks
  • Experience in working with MS-Office and ERP / CRM systems
