We are looking for a Customer Success Manager for Stolt Tank Containers (STC).
Stolt Tank Containers (STC) is a leading provider of door-to-door transportation services for bulk-liquid chemicals and food-grade products.
What you will be doing
As a Customer Success Manager, your focus is on ensuring smooth operational processes that deliver exceptional service to our customers. You will act as the backbone of day-to-day operations, supporting efficient customer order management, resolving logistics challenges, and improving customer experience.
You will proactively identify and implement effective solutions to potential issues in logistics and operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish. A strong operational mindset, attention to detail, and ability to handle fast-paced environments are key to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Support: Oversee customer orders to ensure timely and efficient delivery, liaising between internal teams and customers to resolve operational issues proactively.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve logistical challenges, providing practical and cost-effective solutions to improve processes and prevent disruptions.
- Service Coordination: Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure services are delivered according to customer expectations and company standards.
- Customer Support: Manage customer inquiries, handle complaints, and proactively work to provide an exceptional operational experience.
Documentation: Accurately register customer events, report root causes for issues, and recommend preventative measures where applicable.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree level of education preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in logistics, operations, or a similar customer service role.
- Strong understanding of logistics processes and the ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Fluent English and German is required.
