We are seeking an experienced and strategic Data and AI Manager to lead the development, delivery, and management of data-driven and AI-powered initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical knowledge with strong leadership, product management expertise, and the ability to transform complex datasets into clear, actionable insights. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a collaborative approach, and the capacity to manage multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of data and AI projects, from strategic planning to execution and post-implementation evaluation.
- Oversee product management activities for data and AI solutions, including defining roadmaps, prioritizing features, and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Implement agile project management practices to ensure timely delivery, quality outcomes, and adaptability to changing business needs.
- Develop and present compelling data stories using advanced data visualization tools, ensuring findings are clear and relevant to decision-makers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, and business units, to align data and AI initiatives with organizational objectives.
- Establish and maintain best practices for data governance, quality assurance, and ethical AI usage.
- Monitor emerging trends and technologies in data analytics and AI to inform innovation and continuous improvement.
- Coach and mentor team members, fostering a culture of learning, collaboration, and excellence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s or MBA is a plus).
- 7–10 years of experience in data analytics, AI, or a related field, including at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
- Proven track record in handling data and/or AI projects, with measurable business impact.
- Experience in product management and agile project management methodologies.
- Proficiency in data storytelling and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of data governance, machine learning concepts, and AI solution lifecycles.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Exceptional communication skills in English and Arabic, both verbal and written.
- Some travel is required for this role
- Proficiency in English is a must
- Proficiency in Dutch is a plus
- Must posses valid legal documentation to work in the Netherlands
