About this Position
As Data System Implementation Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development, standardization, implementation, and scaling of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) across global manufacturing operations. Your role will ensure seamless integration between Center of Excellence (CoE) strategies and the diverse digital maturity levels of factories, translating visionary goals into measurable progress on key operational KPIs. You will be the driving force behind the successful deployment of the AVEVA Model-Driven MES system, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency.What you´ll do
- Lead the Implementation: Oversee the successful deployment of the AVEVA Model-Driven MES solution, ensuring smooth integration with existing production processes
- Manage Project Timelines & Budgets: Ensure that project milestones, timelines, and budgets are met, maintaining focus on quality and operational excellence
- Risk Management: Identify project risks early and develop effective mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project execution
- Testing & Go-Live Support: Oversee system testing, validation, and the go-live phase, ensuring all requirements are met and issues are resolved promptly
- User Training & Support: Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), provide comprehensive end-user training, and offer support during the go-live phase
- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain detailed project documentation and provide regular updates to senior management, tracking progress and highlighting key achievements or challenges
- Serve as the interface between the CoE and local factory teams, ensuring that global solutions are locally viable and impactful Embed CoE tools and playbooks into site-specific implementation strategies, ensuring alignment with performance KPIs
What makes you a good fit
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience: 5+ years in digital transformation preferably in complex industrial or manufacturing organizations
- Track record of driving cross-functional programs in manufacturing using Agile at scale
- Experience bridging CoE-level strategy with factory-level execution
