As E-Commerce Operations Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the seamless day-to-day operations of Stokke’s global e-commerce platforms. Based in Amsterdam, you will develop and implement innovative operational solutions that elevate the customer experience and enable commercial success.
From managing third-party vendors and optimizing backend processes to ensuring smooth execution of payments, logistics, inventory, and personalization, this role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, a commercial mindset, and a passion for operational excellence.

Education Required
- Bachelor’s or University degree in E-Commerce, Business Administration, IT Business Informatics, or Logistics
Experience Required
- 2–3 years of relevant work experience in e-commerce, IT, logistics, or a similar operational field
- Experience managing and monitoring third-party providers in areas such as fulfillment and payments
- Familiarity with order processing, stock synchronization, and fraud or risk mitigation
Special Requirements
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Customer-first mindset with a strong sense of commercial impact
- Analytical, process-oriented, and proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Fluent in English
Key Responsibilities
Payments
- Develop and enhance payment flows to improve checkout experience and boost conversion
- Monitor payment integration with third-party service providers
- Manage fraud/risk processes and support customer service on payment issues
Logistics
- Coordinate order fulfillment, shipping, and returns across markets
- Optimize delivery methods and lead times in collaboration with logistics partners
- Analyze shipping performance metrics to identify improvement areas
- Ensure compliance with global shipping regulations and documentation
Stock Management
- Monitor and synchronize inventory across platforms to prevent stockouts or excess
- Coordinate data across ERP, warehouse, and e-commerce systems
- Conduct stock audits, investigate discrepancies, and implement corrective measures
- Collaborate with supply chain and merchandising on demand planning
Product Personalization (Engraving)
- Manage the operational process for customized products, ensuring quality and timeliness
- Work with production teams and vendors to meet engraving specifications and SLAs
- Resolve issues related to personalized orders and maintain customer satisfaction
Vendor Management
- Act as the key contact for third-party logistics, payments, and personalization vendors
- Define SLAs, track performance, and lead regular business reviews
- Onboard new vendors and ensure system integration and process alignment
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Work with digital, marketing, IT, and customer service teams to align operations with commercial strategy
- Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and customer impact
- Support operational readiness for product launches and campaigns
- Maintain clear documentation and contribute to team training and best practices
