Ecommerce Operations and Customer Service Assistant
Sister Jane is offering a key role to support e-commere customers and wholesale operations in our Amsterdam office.
This is an extremely attractive role for a candidate with excellent organisation skills, who is passionate about delivering great customer service. A successful candidate will be joining a fast growing and international company in its office/warehouse in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
This permanent role, fully based in our office/warehouse, can be considered either on a full or a part-time basis.
Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding assistance to customer enquiries to sisterjane.com and ghospell.com such as:
Advising customers on products and fit questions
General ordering enquiries
Delivery queries
Issue resolution
Offer general support to the E-commerce Team and the warehouse activities in Amsterdam:
Pick, pack and ship orders, and ensure the order fulfilment is completed in line with the company guidelines
Provide assistance on online product merchandising
Provide support to other stock related administrative duties
Support preparation and shipment of wholesale orders
Act as a main point of contact with couriers to resolve delivery issues
Offer general support on Wholesale operations:
Create a shipment table for each new collection (adding relevant information for each customer and order)
Assist on wholesale shipments (shipping quotation, booking delivery arrangements and follow-up)
Assist on registering new wholesale orders into ERP
Prepare cartons labels, packing lists and invoices for some International Key-Accounts as and when required
Assist on prospecting new wholesale customers (e-mails and phone calls)
The ideal candidate:
Experience delivering first-class customer service both verbally and in writing
Excellent communication skills
Experience in e-commerce order fulfilment and stock management is an advantage
Outstanding command of the English language, spoken and written
Very organised, passionate and driven to deliver outstanding results
Interest in e-commerce, wholesale and operations
Attention to detail
Self starter and capable of working independently
Have a positive can-do attitude, is flexible and keen to work with and contribute to a dynamic team where support is required
Excellent use of Microsoft Office Package
Experience in Shopify is preferred
It is mandatory that you have the right to work in the Netherlands
