EMEA Demand & Buy Consolidation Analyst
The Team
Within the Omni Planning & Allocation team, our mission is to drive commercial trade, financial planning, demand forecasting, and allocation & replenishment of inventory across all channels and categories, whilst setting strategic guardrails on product promotions and markdown decisions to maximize margin and profitability. This position's team serves as the backbone of our department, collaborating closely with Buying/Merchandising, DTC Channel teams (eCom, FP, Outlet), Hubs, and Finance to ensure that all inventory and product decisions are aligned with company-wide planning and allocation decisions. With an integral position in the team, the role contributes significantly to the department's operational efficiency, strategic growth, and overall success.
The Position
As EMEA Demand & Buy Consolidation Analyst you will be crucial to the Omni Planning and Allocation Team. You will support the EMEA integrated demand planning process, incorporating inputs from DTC channels, Merchandise Demand Planning teams, and Hubs/Wholesale Key Account Planning teams to align planning strategies with market trends and business objectives. This role will support the consolidation of seasonal orders at account deadlines for Mainline & Outlet channels and assist in finalizing buys. This role is vital for achieving the Omni Planning and Allocation objectives and your work will be key to the commercial success of the TH brand.
Key Responsibilities:
• Long Term Planning: Contribute IDP insights to support the long-range planning processes and support top-down seasonal sales, margin, and inventory plans and strategies to meet corporate financial targets
• Strategic Planning: Provide data and insights to support the strategic growth planning process (long range planning, joint target setting) with Global and Region to input regional Sales demand and growth modeling for incremental merchandise categories, new business sizing, and distribution opportunities.
• Merchandise Strategy: Provie insights to support merchandise strategies and financial plans to ensure alignment with global direction and regional plans, collaborating with DTC Buying, Merchandising, and Wholesale Account teams.
• Integrated Demand Planning (IDP): Support and provide reporting and insights for the IDP process, with Demand Planning team input & roll-up for Hub Account & DTC demand forecasts into region. Review Hub/DTC sell-in forecasts, optimizing accuracy.
• Inventory Management: Support the development of the buy strategy development based on aggregated demand signals from Wholesale Account planning (Hubs) & DTC channels.
• Wholesale Planning: Consolidate and validate WHS account plans, ensuring consistency and alignment in Key Account Planning processes across Hubs.
• Buy quantification: Support the EMEA demand planning team in quantifying seasonal buy recommendations & consolidating orders at account deadlines for Mainline & Outlet channels and support the pass off of consolidated, sized buys to Planning Operations team.
• Reporting & Analysis: provide data and insights to support Integrated Demand Planning process and review and recap seasonal sell in results vs targets
• Continuous Improvement: Implement and exploit new systems and processes to continually increase demand planning efficiency.

• Demand & Sales: Demand and sales in line with targets, including net sales, sell in demand
• Planning accuracy: drive high levels of planning accuracy through IDP/Account Planning processes
Requirements
• 3-5+ years of experience in wholesale planning, demand planning, or merch planning within a fashion, retail, or consumer goods environment.
• Sound expertise in demand and wholesale planning with a sound understanding of demand driven merchandise financials.
• Commercial and results-driven mindset, with the ability to understand short-term sales needs with long-term strategic planning.
• Sound analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making using tools such as SAP and Excel, leveraging insights to optimize demand planning strategies.
• Stakeholder management skills, collaborating effectively with Finance, Merchandising, DTC Merch Planning & Buying, Hub Wholesale teams, Planning Operations and Supply Chain teams
• Problem solving: advanced understanding of how to solve complex problems and critically assess the solutions required
• Highly adaptable and proactive, thriving in a fast-paced, evolving retail environment.
• Fluency in English
• Education: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics or retail preferred
