A Day in Your Life at MKS:
We are looking for a Facilities Management Intern, to take care of all of our admnistratives and general activities office maintenance, for our office MKS ATOTECH based in De Meern. This internship will be 9 or 10 months, full time (40h per week) starting from september 2025.
You will contribute to our succes by:
- Being the point of contact MKS ATOTECH for the general maintenance matters (by the landlord or by us),
- Order house keeping & grocery goods (coffee, tea, refreshments, etc),
- Engaging all activites with vendors and working at the reception : postal, telephone provide, sending documents by courier,
- Ensuring about the housekeeping in compliance of 5S audits, being the point for cleaner company and window washers,
- Taking care of our business administration : sending monthly headcount overview to tax, doing the maintenance attendance sheets (legal admin related to allowances ) in Team
- Being our receptional officer : guiding visitors/customers into the building, collecting goods delivered by couriers, manage orders into Ariba for general purposes only (not the lab), IT local support etc ...
Your profile will be:
- End of HBO or first year of MBO in business administration, general communication or any related fields,
- Dutch and english working fluency,
- Very nice communication skills and team spirit, agreableness required.
