Job Description
Do you have a warm smile and a passion for creating unforgettable guest experiences? At Anantara Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky Amsterdam, we’re looking for a friendly and professional F&B Host(ess) to welcome guests and guide them through their culinary journey — from breakfast in the Wintergarden to elegant dinners in Grand Café Krasnapolsky.
Your role in the journey
As F&B Host(ess), you are the first impression of our restaurants. You welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, manage reservations, and ensure a smooth seating process. You’ll support breakfast, lunch and dinner service, assist with mise-en-place, and occasionally help with meetings & events.
Your responsibilities include:
- Welcoming guests with a smile and guiding them to their table.
- Managing guest flow and maintaining a calm, organized atmosphere.
- Supporting the team in preparing and setting up service.
- Ensuring every guest leaves with a smile and a memorable experience.
Qualifications
What you’ll bring
- Motivation to create exceptional guest experiences.
- A hands-on mentality and ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Fluency in Dutch and English.
- At least one year of relevant experience in F&B or hospitality.
