About the position
We have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced Finance professional to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. The Ops Projects & CAPEX lies within the European and Pacific Developed Markets (EPDM) Operations Finance team. You’ll be working in a high performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. You’ll be reporting into the EPDM Operations Finance Lead. Get ready for a lot of exposure to internal senior stakeholders. Ops Projects & CAPEX role will play an important role in driving our 3-year plan for EPDM Capex investments to sustain future business needs and on the delivery of Finance Operation transformation across the European factories. You’re constantly looking for improvement activities within EPDM Business Unit.
In brief, you are responsible for:
Coordinate the European factories transformation path transition focusing on Operation finance improvements: automate reporting, Power BI dashboards and SAP S4 Hana roll-out preparation.
Cascade global Operation finance transformation initiatives to the Factories and coordinate / support them to deploy global guidance.
Partner with each Factories to harmonize ways of working on the transformation agenda and map Sites requirements so that those are embedded in the Global vision.
Own the EPDM monthly Capex reporting cycle, Annual Budget and 3-year plan. Critical thinking is required in order to understand the inputs provided and challenge the stakeholders / functions.
Qualifications
Please kindly note that you need to have an EU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included) in order to proceed for this position.
Strong Analytical Mindset
5-7 years of Experience on Finance (FP&A, Operations)
Good knowledge of Factories P&L and balance sheet
Good knwoledge of project mamagement and agile methodology
Ability to work at advanced level with Excel and PowerPoint
Knowledge of Power BI is a plus
Discipline and Routine-Driven
Sense of Responsibility and Ownership
