Als Financial Controller maak je deel uit van ons finance team, gevestigd in Wijchen en/of Ede. Je houdt je bezig met het optimaliseren van het financieel-administratieve werkproces binnen Intelligent Care Benelux, bestaande uit Focus Cura Group, Kadex B.V. en Phoniro Netherlands B.V.

Wat ga je doen?
- Financiële ondersteuning bieden en fungeren als sparringpartner voor de algemeen directeur van Kadex B.V.
- Zelfstandig beheren van de administratie: crediteuren/debiteuren, kasboek, activaregister, boekhoudprocessen
- Opstellen van jaarrekeningen en liquiditeitsprognoses
- Ontwikkelen en verbeteren van interne processen
- Tijdige maandafsluiting samen met collega’s
- Ondersteunen bij maandelijkse rapportages aan ASSA ABLOY
- Contact onderhouden met accountmanagers en externe partijen
- Verwerken van mutaties voor salarisadministratie (pré)
- Voorbereiden van CBS-, ICP-, BTW- en loonbelastingaangiften
- Documentatie voorbereiden voor audits en samenstelverzoeken
Wat breng je mee?
- HBO werk- en denkniveau met een relevante financiële opleiding (bijv. SPD)
- 5–10 jaar relevante werkervaring
- Affiniteit met ICT en salarisverwerking (pré)
- Ervaring met Salesforce / FinanceForce (pré)
- Sterke Excel-vaardigheden
- Goede communicatieve vaardigheden
- Proactieve houding en plezier in procesoptimalisatie
- Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels
