Job description
Are you ready to be part of an ambitious team in the heart of Amsterdam? Do you also want to grow, maybe to restaurant manager or even general manager? Great, then look no further! Our detailed training programmes will help you and your team further in professional growth. As Floor manager you lead a team of 30 to 40 people trough service and create a professional yet pleasant work environment. Together with management you are responsible for training, developing and nurturing the team.
Job requirements
You are hospitable and love to make it a party for everyone. With your enthusiasm, flair and hospitable way you strive to make it an unforgettable experience for every guest. As a Floor manager you think ahead to run a smooth daily operation. You are stress-resistant, flexible, inventive and ensure that the team knows what is expected from them. Requisitions, admin and opening or closing the restaurant are among your tasks. Of course you also roll up your sleeves on the floor itself.
Who are you?
- Experience as a Floor Maanger / Team leader
- You strive for constant improvement for yourself and your team
- Patient with new staff who are not yet as experienced as you are
- Social, keeps overview and remains calm during peak hours
- Able to give the best breakfast, lunch and dinner experience to guests
- Able to ensure opening and/or closing activities
- Available full-time, flexible and available for evenings and weekends
- You speak English and/or Dutch
