Forklift Driver – Bleiswijk (2665 NM)
€16.50 gross/hour | Full-time | Day shift (06:30 – 15:30)
We are looking for an experienced forklift driver to join a modern logistics center in Bleiswijk. The company specializes in exotic fruits such as avocados and mangoes, managing the entire ripening and distribution process. It's a fast-paced, international environment focused on quality, innovation, and sustainability.
Your Tasks
- Daily operation of a forklift (heftruck) – moving pallets with fresh products between different zones in the warehouse, assisting in loading/unloading trucks and containers, and following safety procedures at all times
- Transporting pallets and organizing goods in the warehouse – placing products in designated storage areas according to the internal logistics plan, ensuring that ripening stages and temperature zones are respected
- Picking and preparing orders for shipment – collecting specific quantities and types of fruit based on customer orders, checking product quality and labeling as needed
- Loading/unloading containers with precision – carefully handling pallets with exotic fruit to avoid damage and ensure freshness during transport
- Keeping the workspace clean and safe – taking care of your forklift, keeping aisles clear, and maintaining hygiene standards appropriate for handling fresh food
What We Expect
- Communicative English or Dutch
- Valid forklift license and relevant experience
- Your own transport (preferably living nearby)
