Your Mission
As a Freelance Marketing Data Analyst, you will build and maintain a reliable marketing data foundation that drives growth in paid tickets, sponsor pipeline, and event margin. You will connect data across systems, create dashboards, forecast results, and support both the marketing and business development teams with insights and lead generation. You’ll play a key role in improving how we measure, forecast, and optimize our marketing performance — ensuring that every campaign, event, and budget decision is guided by trustworthy data.
What We Are Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is analytical, structured, and comfortable taking ownership of complex data environments. You will be responsible for designing, maintaining, and improving dashboards, forecasting models, and CRM setups — all with the goal of helping teams make better decisions, faster.

What You Bring
2–4 years of experience in a data, CRM, marketing ops, or business operations role
Hands-on experience with Salesforce (admin-level) and Pardot (Account Engagement)
Strong skills in building dashboards (Tableau, Google Sheets, or similar)
Solid understanding of digital marketing data (Google Analytics 4, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads)
Ability to create forecasts and interpret performance trends
Familiarity with SQL or other data modeling tools is a plus
Knowledge of APIs, integrations, and automation tools (Zapier, Make.com) is a bonus
A curious, proactive mindset with the drive to improve systems and processes
