We are seeking a dedicated Front Office Supervisor to join our team at Corendon Hotels & Resorts Curaçao. As a Front Office Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Front Office department, ensuring exceptional guest service and satisfaction
Supervise and support Front Office staff in their daily tasks
Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes for guests
Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
Maintain accurate records and reports related to Front Office operations
Assist in training new team members and providing ongoing coaching
Minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
Demonstrated ability to lead a team and provide exceptional customer service.
Proficiency in using hotel management software and Microsoft Office suite.
Excellent communication skills in English, Dutch, and Papiamentu.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
