Global Web and Digital Content LeaderJob Description
You will be a key member of the Digital Center of Excellence (CoE) management team, responsible for delivering a best-in-class end-to-end customer experience across all Philips global websites.
Your role:
Will be to lead a team of web and content strategy, technology, digital content, testing & optimization, and SEO managers to develop and execute a global content and web capability.
Your team will establish and set global governance, standards, and best practices for all our Health Systems businesses for their global web and content properties and platforms.
You will help us continue to drive an evolution of our digital customer experience through transformational programs and continuous customer focused optimization.
You will be responsible for partnering with all businesses and regions to develop and execute activities to meet customer needs while identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities for growth.
You will have the opportunity to create and execute a vision to take us to the next level of impact, partnering with marketing, sales, IT, and other leadership across the organization.
You're the right fit if:
You’ve acquired 10+ years of experience in the digital marketing space, inclusive of web strategy and execution.
You have experience managing a cross-functional digital team with a global scope of work and a strong understanding of core digital marketing technology platforms, including website content management systems and digital asset management platforms.
Your skills include digital marketing strategy, web strategy and execution, ability to negotiate and manage a diverse set of global stakeholders.
You have a BA degree, MBA preferred, in a related field.
