As a Guest Assistance team member at Livingstone Janthiel Resort, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a memorable stay. Your responsibilities will include assisting guests with check-ins and check-outs, providing information about the hotel facilities and local attractions, and addressing any guest complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
Assist guests with smooth check-ins and check-outs
Provide information about hotel amenities and nearby attractions
Handle guest complaints promptly and effectively
Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests
Ensure guest satisfaction by anticipating their needs and exceeding expectations
Offer personalized service to enhance the guest experience
Maintain a neat and organized front desk area
Assist in resolving billing and payment issues
Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch.
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
