Role Summary
As Housekeeping Supervisor, you ensure daily housekeeping operations run smoothly. You support the team on the floor, monitor cleanliness standards, help to manage schedules, and train staff. You are hands-on, organized, and
solution-focused.
Main Tasks
- Coordinate daily cleaning schedules for hotel rooms, hostel beds, and public areas
- Supervise and support housekeeping staff during shifts
- Perform room checks to maintain quality and hygiene standards
- Assist with training and onboarding of new housekeeping staff
- Monitor linen use and communicate with laundry service when needed and in coordination with management
- Ensure efficient stock usage and monitor supply needs.
- Act as a point of contact for housekeeping issues during your shift
- Help manage sick calls, shift changes, and task reallocation
- Work closely with reception and maintenance team for guest needs or repairs
- Step in to clean rooms or public areas when needed
Requirements
- Experience in housekeeping supervisory is mandatory
- Able to motivate and guide a team
- Good communicator (English)
- Very good organization skills
- Flexible, proactive, and reliable
- Able to work on weekends and on public holidays

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: €15,20 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
