About the Role
i-IBP is a holistic transformation program, blending statistics with market intelligence, underpinned by leadership, capability and digital, that will enable Diageo to keep our finger on the pulse of the market and our business improving our reliability, predictability, softening the impact of market volatility, so we can respond to shifts in demand with speed & agility as we deliver Diageo’s Growth Ambition.
The i-IBP is future fit change, touching digital, people & culture, processes, which we will drive the future of forecasting in the organization.
The IBP Change Manager - is responsible for ensuring adequate controls and governance behind the IBP transformation initiatives including (but not limited to), IBP process improvement, IBP process health checks, planning operational excellence, organizational changes, open roles, guaranteeing and documenting training activities, reporting out regional scorecards to LAC and global stakeholders. The Change Manager operate as a PMO for the implementation of Organization, Process and Technology changes in IBP.
You will play a key role in facilitating and documenting connection will all the critical stakeholders, at all levels, within the region, and globally.
Top Accountabilities
- Creating a detailed plan of activities expected to happen to ensure an adequate transition driving the expected improvement.
- Ensure Initiatives are focused on delivering the desired outcome by defining what success will look like together with the project team and building around that goal.
- Enable the markets to transition to the new way of working by addressing operational barriers to change and IBP adoption.
- Engage interdisciplinary teams by developing targeted communications and involving them proactively in the change and milestone
- Creating the control mechanisms to ensure all activities are monitored and registered and communicated effectively.
- Ensure all key program artifacts are in place including; project charters, integrated plan, risk register, scorecards, reports, and health checks.
- Ensure all management is properly informed and involved according to the governance plan defined, including:
- Market Steer-co meetings and reports
- Market Execution team meeting
- Exec review meeting
- Global IBP Governance meeting
- HR / Organization Health Check.
Experience & Skills Required
- Experience: Extensive experience in Project Management and Change Management.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, with a track record of successfully having led complex transformation projects.
- Hands on Demand Planning experience
- Strong IBP foundation following Oliver Wight’s process standards with strong cross-functional collaboration.
- Demonstrated success in Supply Chain, including demand and supply balancing, inventory management, capacity management, etc.
- Strong understanding of business process optimization, performance measurement, and change management principles.
