The Role:
As an Influencer Marketing Manager, you are ultimately responsible for brand experience and performance through Influencer Marketing. You are also responsible for our PR efforts and ensure we apply for relevant awards. In addition, you build and maintain relationships with key partners for our brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Influencer Marketing
- Develop the influencer marketing strategy for the countries we operate in (NL/DE)
- Screen influencers based on their statistics, such as engagement rate, number of followers, and most importantly, brand compatibility
- Maintain active relationships with influencers and agencies, and negotiate rates
- Manage and optimize the briefing process, follow-ups, and monitoring of monthly campaigns
- Ensure your campaigns align with the overall marketing strategy and work seamlessly together
- Monitor and manage deliverables and deadlines
- Provide periodic reports based on budget, data, statistics, and KPIs — including variances, causes, and recommendations (KPIs include reach, engagement, CTR, CPM, and revenue from discount codes)
- Stay on top of market developments, trends, audience behaviour, and emerging influencers
PR
- Apply for and follow up on relevant awards in key markets
- Maintain contact with (international) PR agencies
- Take initiative in developing PR campaigns
Partnerships
- Identify and maintain relationships with new partners for Mother’s Earth — including ambassadors, platforms, and brand-aligned collaborations in the countries we are active in
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally in a fast-paced or startup environment.
- You have excellent command of both Dutch and English; German is a plus.
- You are highly capable of building and maintaining a network.
- You are a strong communicator and not afraid to negotiate.
- You have strong project management skills.
- You have a keen eye for detail.
- You have a strong work ethic.
- You are motivated, energetic, and have a ‘can-do’ attitude.
