Product Lead job purpose
You take the lead to transition ING Analytics into a more product thinking organization, where you are end-to-end accountable for the Fraud domain product vision, including functionality, technology, user experience design and experiences that are needed to deliver on the product’s value. You work in close collaboration with the global and local Business and Tech Fraud Tribe leads.
You hierarchically lead one or several squads that develop, implement and/or maintain Analytics products and services.
Role Profile
As Product Lead Fraud, you report to the Global Tribe Lead COO Analytics, with a functional line to the Global Fraud Tribe Lead. Responsibilities include:
- Lead Analytics product strategy and product ownership: you own the product (end-to-end) and are accountable for product vision, including functionality, technology and user experience.
- Perform analyses and interact with the market to bring in outside in perspective and initiate new discovery (both buy and build)
- Define the roadmap of the global Analytics Fraud area, with continuous ordering and prioritization of the product backlog
- Focus on delivery through collaboration, ability to bring people together to work towards the same purpose.
About you
- Education:
- Master's degree in technical / business field (engineering, computer science, econometrics or equivalent)
- Experience:
- Substantial work experience together with min. 2 years Fraud or similar domain related experience.
- Previous experience/understanding in Analytics is considered a strong plus.

- Building and executing roadmaps and global backlog management
