In this key position, you are the link between professionals and clients. No two days are the same—and that’s exactly what makes this role exciting.
What will you do?
From day one, you'll jump into a fast-paced role where recruitment, planning, and relationship-building all come together.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- Recruit & Select: Find the right candidates, conduct interviews, and ensure the best job-to-person match.
- Plan & Coordinate: Organize staff schedules and align them with client needs in close collaboration with your team.
- Manage Relationships: Stay in regular contact with both clients and temps; visit worksites and ensure smooth operations.
- Handle Administration: Take care of candidate onboarding, registrations, contracts, and everything in between.
Who You Are
- A natural multitasker who thrives in a dynamic environment
- Comfortable switching between recruitment, scheduling, and client communication
- Fluent in English – other languages like Polish, Lithuanian or Romanian are a big plus
- In possession of a driver’s license (B)
- Independent but team-oriented
- Communicative, people-focused, and proactive
- Motivated to learn and grow within a company that invests in your future
- Experience in the technical sector is great—but not a must!
