The Program Management department at stichd is looking for an enthusiastic and organized intern who is eager to gain hands-on experience in project and change management within a dynamic international environment.As part of our Program Management team, you will support a variety of strategic initiatives, including technical projects such as our SAP upgrade project. This internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to real-time projects that directly impact the organization while working alongside experienced professionals like our program and project managers, and other key stakeholders.
You’ll gain valuable insights into end-to-end project execution, budget management, process documentation, and communication within both project teams and leadership teams.
Your Mission
- Support program and project managers in daily operations;
- Assist with process documentation and governance efforts;
- Provide general project management support including budgeting, planning, and task tracking;
- Help assign responsibilities and monitor progress of projects;
- Coordinate and facilitate internal project meetings and discussions;
- Track project expenses and assist with financial reporting;
- Communicate regularly with the Program Management team and other project stakeholders.
Your Talent
- HBO or WO level studies, 3rd or 4th year;
- You are available full-time (minimum 32 hours per week);
- Minimum internship duration of 4 months (up to 6 months);
- You are highly organized and process-oriented;
- You are detail-focused and possess strong communication and social skills;
- You are proactive, enjoy collaboration, and thrive in a dynamic environment;
- Proficiency in Dutch and English;
- You have an affinity with IT and technical projects.
This internship is based at our stichd headquarters in Den Bosch, the Netherlands. Remote work from other countries is not possible.
