Internship Opportunity – Aviation Operations Intern (Curaçao Airport)
Location: Curaçao International Airport
Start: Flexible | Duration: 4–12 months
Talents – Curaçao’s leading hospitality and aviation staffing agency – is looking for a motivated Aviation Student Internto join our dynamic team at the airport.
Your Mission:
Help us streamline and strengthen our airport operations by developing and implementing key tools and processes. You will:
Design and maintain staff schedules
Create and update SOPs and on-the-job training materials
Implement and lead training sessions, then evaluate their effectiveness
Develop a comprehensive airport operations guidebook
Work on the floor to learn the day-to-day operations first-hand
Be available to fill in shifts when staff members are unexpectedly absent
Who You Are:
- A university student in Aviation Management or a related field
- Fluent in Dutch and English (Spanish is a plus!)
- You have a hospitality background and have worked in the service sector
- Hands-on, flexible, communicative, and detail-oriented
- Able to work on-site in Curaçao
- You have a clean criminal record – a VOG (Certificate of Good Conduct) will be required
