Webador is looking for an intern to start in September 2025. With your fresh perspective, you will help us improve our company's communication and online marketing activities. For this, you will be in frequent contact with our customers and depending on your area of interest, you will delve into topics such as:
Communication
Developing an improved and unambiguous communications strategy
Improving the organisation of email support, social media, the help center, blog and more
Assisting us in promoting webshop features
Research and advice for our international expansion
Marketing
Email marketing (devising, developing, and analysing smart follow-up campaigns)
Content marketing
Search engine marketing
Conversion optimization for our website and application

What you'll be doing
The Webador team has proven itself successful in building a great product, and we’re able to directly reach our target audience with a smart marketing strategy. Besides that, we provide high-quality support to tens of thousands of customers. With your experience, you'll play a decisive role in ensuring we also excel in personnel and talent development, recruitment, organisational structure, and culture, providing us with the tools to fully develop our talents and further boost our (international) growth.
Not only will you receive a warm welcome from our team of 48 young and ambitious professionals, but you’ll also be working on a product with a vast number of users and enormous potential. You’ll be paid an internship fee of €500 per month, and if it turns out to be a good fit, there’s a real chance you’ll be offered a part-time job after your internship. Our team currently works partly in the office and partly from home. You'll also be given the freedom to find a balance that works for you.
You’re studying for a Bachelor degree in communications, commercial economics, business economics, international business, or similarYou have an affinity for the internet and computers
You have a good command of English
Bonus points if you’re also proficient in Polish, French, German, and/or Spanish
