Get-e, a vibrant travel-tech company, is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Care Specialist Intern to help elevate our customer care processes. Starting 4th August 2025, this is your chance to gain hands-on experience, learn from senior specialists, and contribute to improving customer satisfaction while earning €500/month + travel allowance.
Your Responsibilities:
- Help organize and manage customer complaints.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Collaborate with teams to investigate and resolve issues.
- Support reporting, data analysis, and process improvements.
- Assist with account management tasks and portal queries.
