What are you going to do?
This is the most all-round internship out there, you are everywhere, and you know everyone, both guests and colleagues. You are the point of contact for our guests, in particular our VIP guests, and for contact persons from events as well. You are the vital link between the different departments, and you are always looking for special ways to surprise our guests.
You come up with new and creative ideas and you inspire your colleagues to contribute to them as well. In addition, you ensure that work processes are improved, that all areas are neat and tidy and that we continue to provide guests with a "nhow" experience in a unique way. Furthermore, you give tours of the hotels for potential new guests, resolve complaints and you share your knowledge about the hotel and city.
