Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program or project management.
- 2 years of experience in (warehouse) inventory management or related fields.
Preferred qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of inventory management software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify trends, patterns, and potential risks.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present audit findings and recommendations to senior management.
- Proactive, results-driven, and focused on continuous improvement.

Also, you will have a relentless focus on removing excess and obsolete inventory from the system through cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities
- Analyze excess/obsolete inventory for warehouse utilization and provides tactical support for required remediation.
- Lead identification and implementation of process improvements, collaborate cross-functionally to establish best practices and corrective actions for inventory management, ensure timely execution, and promote a continuous improvement culture.
- Analyze processes to identify discrepancies, trends and risks, prepare/present detailed reports with findings, recommendation, and root cause analysis. Generate actionable insights to resolve discrepancies and improve overall inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with internal audit standards, SOX, and regulations. Develop/implement audit schedules and verification protocols, collaborate with warehouse/operations to plan/manage audits with minimal disruption.
- Serve as a key contact for inventory issues/improvements, partner with various teams to enhance inventory processes/controls, work with planning/procurement, and provide staff training/guidance on procedures and reporting accuracy.
