You bring hands-on problem-solving abilities, a strong sense of ownership, and the capability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You thrive in a collaborative environment and can adapt quickly to change.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO
Provide IT security advisory and guidance to development and IT operations teams.
Support teams in penetration testing, code checking (static and dynamic), and issue resolution.
Help secure CI/CD pipelines and related tooling.
Analyse stakeholder needs and design appropriate IT security solutions.
Apply IT risk and security requirements to define testing and reporting specifications.
AN IDEAL PROFILE WOULD BE
3-4+ years of IT security experience, preferably in software or financial environments.
Knowledge of secure coding, code review, and remediation.
Understanding of network and web protocols (TCP/IP, UDP, IPSEC, HTTP, HTTPS).
Familiarity with security vulnerabilities (e.g. OWASP Top 10) and frameworks (ISO2700x, NIST, ISF, CIS).
Relevant security certifications (e.g. CISSP, Security+, CEH) and experience with tools like Checkmarx are a plus.
