We are looking for a commercially minded Junior Account Manager for our BLX Sales team to deliver impactful business results!
Bring your analytical thinking, commercial mentality and collaborative skills to the table to deliver sustainable commercial growth and optimise all opportunities to achieve the consumer sales targets.

Core Responsibilities
Supporting Benelux key account managers with:
Analysis on account performance, account reporting and reviews
Preparing account meetings and attending if relevant
Forecasting of launches, promotions, displays
Flow management, managing selling-in and stock
Order management
Development of activity calendar and promotional planning
P&L management, budget follow-up
Performing various administrative tasks

This Jr. AM position supports key e-com customers such as misterbricks.nl., brickfever.nl, brickshop.nl. as well as being accountable for various bronze and silver accounts (exact portfolio to be determined).
The Jr. AM position is part of the Benelux Sales team, existing of 2 retail channels (Omnichannel and E-Commerce) and Customer Development. The position is placed in the E-Commerce team and will be reporting to the Channel Director. The role will work closely with (Key) Account Managers.
Do you have what it takes?
First experience working in a sales or commercial role in a global company
Strong analytical skills, data-driven and fact-based approach, result-oriented
Knowledge of E-Commerce and Omnichannel
Can do mentality, energized, focused, collaborative
Eager to learn, ambitious and willing to develop
Fluent in Dutch and English
