The Team
As Junior Designer for Menswear Sleep & Lounge at Tommy Hilfiger, you will support the design team in creating innovative, and trend-driven collections that reflect our Classic American Cool aesthetic. Your creative vision and dynamic mindset will contribute to build the Loungewear collection, while ensuring clear storytelling and themes fitting within the global brand direction.
Key Responsibilities:
Research & development: Researching and identifying trends that will define the new season within the Tommy Hilfiger brand strategy.
Design execution: Define key product stories per season and create a cohesive product assortment. In depth interest for colors and allover print trends
Material & fabric Knowledge: Knowledge and interest for jersey, Knitwear and casual wear. Strong sense of detail and finishing.
Fit & garment development: Create Tech Packs with product specifications at each milestone. Assisting Design team on garment fittings.
Workflow Coordination: Prepare materials for internal presentations. Ensure all files, samples, and materials are organized for cross-functional meetings and handover.
Cross Functional collaboration: Working closely with Product Development and Merchandising teams to deliver Best in Class products.
The Ideal Candidate
You are strongly fashion oriented, confirmed team player with dynamic & consistant open-minded attitude.
Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design. Entry-level experience in fashion design in Menswear.
Proficiency in Adobe Suite. Experience with PLM system is a plus.
High level of interest into fashion : Passion for design, with knowledge of current & future trends and material innovation.
Proactive and agile mindset
Strong teamwork and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
