BartsParts is the leading e-commerce platform for spare parts in expanding industries, with a growing portfolio of 3 million products. Our platform connects inventory of spare parts from partners throughout Europe, allowing them to sell obsolete and slow-moving items in our online shop. Our platform promotes these products as a complete catalog for our customers.
We are a dynamic international, but at the same time, small company and we are looking for driven individuals to join us in growing the business and taking on new challenges.
About the job. As junior partner manager, you will:
- Be the champion of partner management and acquisition for your assigned market. You will mainly contact partners via phone/email, explain our partnership model and swiftly address issues with timely solutions.
- Manage and grow the partner accounts assigned to you
- Populate our CRM with the follow up information of every partner.
- Generate new leads in cooperation with the Partner Managers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to make the partner acquisition and management processes more efficient.
We are currently looking for junior partner managers to expand our team and accommodate the fast growth of our business in Europe.
About you
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Good English knowledge + other additional European language is a must.
- Comfortable with using multiple cloud-based systems, such as ERPs, Ticketing tools, CRM platforms, and basic Microsoft/ Google software (Mainly documents and Spreadsheets).
- Have a good eye for detail and a creative problem-solving mindset.
- Most important: energetic, proactive and results driven. We are an ambitious company and are looking for ambitious individuals to help grow the company and are not afraid of trying new challenges.
