Job Purpose and Overview
As a Labelling Coordinator at Dawn Foods, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring data accuracy and compliance across our product labelling and Master Data systems. Reporting to the Master Data Manager, you will work cross-functionally to coordinate labelling creation, manage bill of materials (BOMs), and support data governance across various European operations. This is a detail-oriented role ideal for someone who thrives on accuracy, efficiency, and collaboration in a fast-paced food production environment.
What will you do as a Labelling Coordinator at Dawn Foods?
- Ensure all ERP master data for labelling and bills of materials is complete, compliant, and up to date.
- Coordinate and manage the translation of label content across multiple languages using internal and external resources.
- Create, format, and manage product label documents (Word, Excel, PDF) and coordinate regulatory and marketing approvals.
- Oversee the complete label validation cycle, including archiving and updates for production.
- Create, update, and manage BOMs for recipes and packaging, and production sheets in SAP.
- Perform SAP mass updates, recipe group creations, and material replacements in line with production changes.
- Maintain accurate data in label databases and ensure updates are communicated to third-party logistics providers.
- Provide timely and accurate master data to customer service and participate in New Product Development & Innovation meetings.
What Does It Take to be a Labelling Coordinator at Dawn Foods?
You are highly detail-oriented, organized, and thrive in a collaborative environment where accuracy and deadlines matter.
Furthermore, you recognize yourself in the following profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Experience in SAP MDM and Exact ERP systems, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Self-motivated with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
