The Role:
We're hiring a Lead Funnel Strategist / Growth Marketer to take full ownership of our marketing stack. From the first click to onboarding and retention, you’ll architect, implement, and optimize the full system that drives growth.
This is a strategic, hands-on role. You won’t be running campaigns directly, but you’ll work across the entire stack: funnel structure, creative direction, messaging, conversion flows, automation, analytics, lifecycle, and collaborate with external specialists (media buyers, designers, devs) to bring it all together.
If you deliver, this role grows into a core leadership position, with the opportunity to inhouse and scale the growth function, including performance, creative, SEO, CRO, and content.
What You’ll Own:
Full-funnel strategy from lead generation to conversion, onboarding, and retention
Mapping and building multi-touch customer journeys that convert across channels and platforms
Designing and launching key funnel components: landing pages, lead flows, onboarding, email/SMS automations, quizzes, etc.
Performance tracking, attribution, and continuous improvement based on clear KPIs
Working cross-functionally with product, operations, and clinical teams to ensure funnel and experience are tightly aligned
Collaborating with external partners (ads, design, dev, SEO, etc.), while also executing core parts independently
Laying the foundation for internal growth capabilities, including hiring and process development
Playing a pivotal role in shaping how Blume grows in the Europe and beyond
What You Bring
5+ years of experience in growth marketing, funnel strategy, or lifecycle marketing
Proven track record of owning and improving complex funnels in high-growth environments
Deep understanding of conversion psychology, behavioral design, and user experience
A full-stack marketing mindset, comfortable across strategy, tooling, execution, and optimization
Experience working across performance, CRM, CRO, SEO, analytics, and automation (even if you don’t personally operate each channel)
Analytical, structured, and fast-moving, you measure what matters and ship what works
Clear communication, high ownership, and a bias toward action
Ambition to grow into a leadership role and build your own team from the ground up
