As a Lead Portfolio Analyst, you will manage a portfolio of usage-based finance agreements. You will partner closely with the Flex Financial Analyst, sales teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure contract compliance and support revenue growth. You will gain exposure to multiple functions by working closely with local country finance teams, the Poland Finance Center, and divisional finance. Critical and strategic thinking will be the core of what you do. You must also possess the ability to effectively communicate and present complex financial information in a simple, understandable format to business partners. You will be a leader within the team, identifying opportunities for process improvement, helping to shape new ways of working, and driving successful implementation.

What you will do:
- Collect and analyze sales data, add insights, and provide reporting to stakeholders
- Partner closely with our sales teams to ensure contract compliance
- Track Supplier Equipment Arrangements
- Send compliance reports
- Calculate/monitor customer performance and compliance of usage-based financing deals, in accordance with terms of the agreement
- You will review for shortfalls, assess and request true-up billings
- Prepare monthly reports and reconciliations
What you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 4+ years general accounting, finance, data analytics or related experience
- Fluency in English (French is a plus)
- Excellent mathematical, critical thinking and analytical skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Significant attention to detail
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines with high degree of accuracy
- Knowledge of US GAAP (preferred)
