Temporary Lead ProCare Customer Service Representative (Maternity Cover)

Duration: October 1st, 2025 to January 31st, 2026

Are you an experienced customer service professional or a young customer service enthusiast? We are seeking a dedicated Lead ProCare Customer Service Representative to join our team on a temporary basis to cover a maternity leave. This is an excellent opportunity to apply your skills within a dynamic environment and make a real impact over a four-month period.

About the Role:
As the Lead ProCare Customer Service Representative, you will bring your expertise in technical customer service, service contract management, and team collaboration. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth communication and efficient resolution of customer requests, supporting both internal teams and valued clients.

What you will do:

  • Manage repair and work orders, including loaner equipment handling
  • Coordinate returns, collections, proof of delivery, and pricing inquiries
  • Respond promptly to emails and phone calls from customers and internal teams
  • Keep customers informed proactively about ongoing issues and resolutions
  • Resolve invoice disputes with professionalism and accuracy
  • Record and follow up on customer issues, ensuring clear communication
  • Support your colleagues across various processes and queries
  • Collaborate with other departments on customer-specific topics
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members when needed

What you need:

Required:

  • Excellent command of English and Dutch or English and French
  • Autonomous problem-solving skills and experience handling difficult situations
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Excellent communication skills, both proactive and professional
  • Ability to adapt to different situations and personalities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and internet applications

Preferred:

  • High School diploma or equivalent, with additional relevant education
  • Ideally 5 years’ experience in technical customer service, order management, or contact centers. Junior candidates with minimum experience will still be considered.
  • Calm, patient, and professional under pressure

  • Independent worker, able to prioritize effectively
  • Collaborative team player with high standards
