Your Role
As an Independent Chef, you’ll be responsible for running your own section, contributing to menu execution, and ensuring every plate leaves the kitchen with perfection. You should be comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with our team to deliver high standards of taste, presentation, and consistency.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and plate dishes according to Asian fusion concepts and standards
- Manage mise en place and maintain a clean, organized workstation
- Ensure consistent quality and presentation across all dishes
- Support the head chef with inventory checks and ordering needs
- Follow all hygiene and safety guidelines
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a professional kitchen
- Experience with Asian and/or fusion cuisine is a strong advantage
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Good English skills (Dutch is a bonus)
