We are looking for an elegant, personable, and confident Lobby Host/Hostess to join our team on a zero-hour contract.
As the first point of contact for our guests, you will set the tone for their entire experience—greeting them with warmth, providing guidance, and offering support with grace and professionalism. This flexible role is ideal for someone who enjoys a dynamic luxury environment and is passionate about hospitality.
What You’ll Do
Greet and welcome guests with genuine warmth and professionalism
Provide assistance and guidance throughout the lobby and public areas
Offer directions, information, and personalized recommendations
Coordinate with reception, concierge, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
Maintain a poised and polished presence at all times
What We’re Looking For
A confident and charismatic communicator with a genuine passion for guest service
Impeccable grooming and presentation
Fluent in English; other languages are a plus
Comfortable standing for extended periods and interacting with a variety of guests
Available to work on a zero-hour contract—flexible scheduling, including weekdays, weekends, mornings, and evenings
Previous experience in luxury hospitality or front-facing roles is a plus, but not required
