We have already found ours, ready to join us? Be what you want. Maritim Hotel Amsterdam is looking for a creative, hospitable and enthusiastic Breakfast Supervisor to join our team.
For our restaurant Loef, we are looking for team members that are ‘morning people’, enthusiastic about welcoming large banqueting groups and a full restaurant. Team Members who are professional at providing the best service, keeping their working areas neat and clean and a perfectly presented and kept buffet.
Every day we receive a large number of guests here for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It will be a dynamic environment all shift long.
As a supervisor you will have the duty of overseeing the overall appearance and performance of team members. Guiding and assisting where needed, making sure that all guests receive exceptional service. As supervisor, you are the person who keeps an overview during the shift and makes sure the whole team knows what is expected from them. You are not on the sidelines, you are in the middle, leading the team. You contribute to the personal and professional growth of your team.
With your energy, working is a pleasant experience, every day!
You will also assist management in the daily tasks of overseeing checklists and regular trainings and coaching.
