The Role
We are seeking an experienced and analytical Logistics Continuous Improvement Manager to lead optimization initiatives across our Benelux operations. This strategic role will identify, develop, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and elevate service quality across our logistics network.

Key Responsibilities
Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in logistics operations and design data-driven improvement initiatives.
Project Leadership: Lead cross-functional projects to implement Lean, Six Sigma, or other CI methodologies across warehouses, sorting centers, and last-mile delivery.
Performance Analysis: Monitor KPIs (e.g., cycle times, cost per shipment, error rates) and develop action plans to address gaps.
Technology Integration: Collaborate with IT teams to leverage JD Logistics' smart systems (automation, AI, IoT) for process enhancements.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with operations, engineering, and regional teams to align improvement projects with business goals.
Training & Culture: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by coaching teams on CI tools and best practices.
Benchmarking: Research industry trends and benchmark JD's performance against global logistics standards.
Reporting: Present findings and progress to senior leadership with actionable insights.
What We're Looking For
Experience: 5+ years in logistics, supply chain, or operations, with a focus on continuous improvement.
Certifications: Six Sigma Black Belt, Lean Certification, or equivalent CI methodology expertise.
Analytical Skills: Advanced proficiency in data analysis (Excel, Power BI, SQL) and KPI-driven decision-making.
Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
Language: Fluent in English (written and spoken); Chinese proficiency highly recommended for collaboration with global teams.
Desirable Experience:
Background in e-commerce or international logistics.
Familiarity with automation, robotics, or smart warehouse technologies.
Experience in Benelux logistics markets.
