Your Impact
As International PR & Communications Manager, you will own and execute Axon’s global public relations strategy across all markets outside of the United States — including EMEA, APAC, LATAM, Canada, and the Commonwealth. In this highly cross-functional role, you’ll bring Axon’s voice to life across diverse geographies, managing a portfolio of regional PR agencies, supporting localized storytelling, and ensuring global alignment with Axon’s brand narrative.
You will be the international extension of Axon’s central PR & Communications function, working closely with regional stakeholders in Sales & Government Affairs, global marketing leads, and the U.S.-based Comms team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on collaboration, is energized by complexity, and brings strong media judgment and executional focus to the table.

- Own the calendar and planning for international earned media — managing overlapping campaigns across time zones
Safeguard Reputation and Support Sensitive Communications
- Support regional issue management, PR risk mitigation, and high-stakes announcements
- Monitor public sentiment and media activity related to Axon and proactively flag reputational risks
- Act as the lead international comms advisor during sensitive or fast-moving moments, escalating to U.S. PR leadership as needed

- Recommend adjustments in messaging, markets, or channels based on media feedback and story pickup
- Advocate for the international team’s contributions in global forums, helping raise visibility and secure future investment
