Job Description
We are looking for a Service Delivery Director who will be responsible to lead a multidisciplinary team of experts in planning, back office and logistics, process management, field services and software development.
The Service Delivery Director will be part of the senior management team of Future
Connections.
You and your team will deliver high quality services and solutions to enterprises and consumers on behalf of our customers, with a key focus on optimising our processes and the end customer journey, ultimately resulting in high satisfaction levels for all.
You will enhance existing customer relationships. You will understand the ever expanding customer requirements and map them to Future Connections capabilities.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record of project delivery, quality management of field services, process automation and competence development in the telco access network domain.
Responsibilities
- Accountable for the optimum fulfilment of various contracts and projects aimed at delivering our services and solutions to telco operators and service providers in the Benelux region
- Continuous improvement of our services, with particular focus on automating
(zero touch) our workflows to improve the customer journey
- Commercial and operational accountability for our key customers
- Responsibility to develop long term strategic, trust-based relationships with key contacts within the customer base
- Responsible for P&L / accountable for cash management of the delivery unit
- Management, coaching and development of all team members
- Regular interaction and co-operation with other members of the management team
Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- 10+ year experience in a management role in the telco/IT domain
- Knowledge of telco-ITIL processes
- Knowledge of workflow automation and IT integration
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High energy, self-motivated and persistent personality
- Leader and collaborator
- Good communicator
- Comfortable with some hands on work on aspects of agile / continuous improvement delivery methodology
- Fluent Dutch and English is required
