Job Description
Sitting in the Global Growth Function, this role will lead our marketing data science agenda, from media mix modelling (MMM) to performance-driven marketing. You’ll help define how we measure performance, bridge ROI with brand outcomes, and bring GenAI into the analytics layer. You’ll guide agency analysts and engineers, working closely with our marketing, insights, and media teams.
Key Accountabilities
- Own the global delivery of our in-house MMM portfolio (30–35 models per year) in partnership with the agency team
- Build frameworks for ROI, brand impact, and campaign experimentation
- Lead automation initiatives for reporting, insight generation, and signal extraction
- Develop inclusive, scalable models across multiple markets
- Ensure quality control and performance benchmarks
- Oversee agency partners and ensure the embedding of our marketing platforms into the wider business
- Own narrative development and business-ready storytelling
Desired Skills and Background
- 5+ years in marketing analytics, econometrics, or digital measurement
- Experience in an agency, CPG, retail, FMCG or similar environment
- Strong foundation in media mix modelling, A/B testing, and incrementality
- Hands-on with Python, SQL, PySpark, cloud-based data tools
- Comfortable leading meetings, navigating complexity, and managing marketing stakeholders
- Expertise in data governance, privacy, wrangling, and AI awareness
- Background in statistics, econometrics, computer science, social science, or related field
