Mission for the Internship:
Project Management & Coordination support
- Help manage timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications across departments and external partners.
- Join weekly team meetings, contribute with fresh ideas, and be a part of ensuring seamless communication and execution of strategies.
- Maintain internal documentation such as project calendars, action lists, and intranet.
Marketing Strategy support
- Assist in preparation of marketing strategies (incl. conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic decision-making)
- Contribute to internal presentations, campaign briefs, and reporting
Hands-on work in areas incl. Paid Marketing & CRM, Local marketing, and Events
- Assist in gathering insights from data and developing actionable reports.
- Support with coordinating localization and rollout of central marketing to local markets, and support planning and execution of event activities.
Learning Opportunities:
- Practical skills in cross-border marketing coordination
- Exposure to project management within a fast-paced Global automotive environment
- Exposure to marketing way-of-working and tools
- Learn how data supports decision-making in marketing domains and strategic planning
- Effective collaboration both across central functions and between HQ / markets
Key educational requirements for the candidate:
- A student in Marketing, Communication , Business Adm. or a related field.
- Good understanding of marketing principles, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
(theoretical knowledge of digital marketing, brand strategy, PR, and/or media is a plus) - Comfortable working with MS Office (PPT, Excel, Word)
- Proficient in English
