Marketing Support & Packaging Coordinator 

36 hours per week (fulltime)

Where we could use your strengths!

In the Export department! Our Export Marketing team is always on the move and continuously responds to the latest developments within the FMCG. The team, consisting of a Marketing Manager, four international Brand Managers and one Packaging Coordinator - you will be the second one -, is responsible for all marketing activities, whereby the application of innovations, promotions, activations and a channel-specific approach are important focus points.

The Export team is based in Breda and manages 25 export markets, all operated through distributors. As a Marketing Support & Packaging Coordinator within this team, you will have a great opportunity to contribute to packaging development and marketing operations across diverse international markets. Your responsibilities will be split evenly, covering 50% Look-o-Look and private label, and 50% Export PVM brands.

Your core tasks in a nutshell:

• Product and Packaging Design Development:

  • Support the Brand Manager in product development (IPMS) and packaging artwork projects from briefing through to in-market release.

  • Coordinate packaging projects between stakeholders (Packaging, Regulatory, Design agencies, Supply) using the required tools and processes.

  • Collect and maintain all necessary data (logistics details, packing manuals, ingredient lists, packaging artworks, packshots, and other documentation) in a complete and accurate archive.

  • Support the Brand Manager with packaging projects outside the regular WebCenter flow that require special handling (e.g., stickering).

  • Ensure smooth execution of product development and artwork projects, resulting in a well-organized documentation archive, clear packaging instructions, and timely product launches.

• Marketing Support:

  • Maintain and update the department’s packaging, visuals, product description, and logistics data archive.

  • Manage the distribution of samples between internal and external stakeholders.

  • Update brand websites following Brand Managers’ instructions.

  • Ensure an up-to-date assortment overview.

  • Guarantee timely availability of all key data for stakeholders.

  • Ensure samples are provided on time.

  • Keep the active assortment visible and current on brand websites.

• MBO level education.

• Experience with packaging development and artwork design is a plus.

• Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and maintain overview.

• Affinity with languages is an advantage.
