As a Marketing Technology & Analytics Expert, you will be at the fore front in accelerating this capability growth for us globally. Your expertise in marketing platforms, technologies and analytics will help elevate our digital capabilities, drive business outcomes and strengthen our ability to measure success.
The team
In this new role you will join the Media, Analytics & Insights team (which is a core function under the Global Brand & Marketing umbrella) and report into the Expert Lead Media, Analytics & Insights. The team currently consists of 1 expert lead and 2 research experts.
Roles and responsibilities
Marketing Technology
Lead the identification, evaluation, and implementation of martech tools globally on behalf of the global brand & marcomm CoE – including media distribution, platform optimization, marketing effectiveness & measurement
Develop and maintain a cohesive martech delivery roadmap aligned with the local market business requirements
Ensure seamless integration of martech platforms with existing enterprise systems as applicable .e.g Google Analytics, Salesforce & Adobe
Lead execution of martech including navigating data protection and risk governance requirements e.g. GDPR & European regulations
Act as subject matter expert to upskill global and local teams on martech best practices and tools
Foster sharing of learnings connected to the use of martech across the group and with senior executives
Marketing Effectiveness & Analytics
Develop standardized methodologies for measuring marketing performance that can be adopted across markets
Establish global KPI’s and performance benchmarks while allowing for local market adaptions as applicable
Aggregate data and insights from local markets to identify global trends, performance drivers and optimization opportunities
Act as a strategic partner to local marketing teams to ensure alignment on effectiveness goals and measurement tools
Drive the global approach to marketing attribution e.g. MMM & multi-touch and guide local markets on model deployment
Set global standards for experimentation and promote test and learn culture across group
Collaborate with Performance Marketing Expert to develop and manage centralized dashboard and senior management marketing effectiveness reports that capture group wide performance
Ensure marketing effectiveness analysis is closely connected to relevant business/commercial outcomes
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with legal/compliance at the global-global and global-local levels to educate on technology and data exchange
Work closely with local digital sales, branding, and marketing teams to maximise use of martech in execution of marketing initiatives.
Translate complexity of martech ecosystem into clear and definitive language for senior business leaders
Manage global relationships with external agencies (as applicable), ad platforms, and technology partners to gain benefits globally and in local markets
Work with global finance & analytics to inform budget health based on performance insights
Stay updated on industry trends, and emerging technologies in the digital marketing space.

We are looking for a team member with the following knowledge and experience:
Experience with stakeholder management and complex multi-national organizational structures
Experience connecting marketing performance and business/commercial variables
Expertise with martech platforms e.g. Adobe experience manager, Google analytics, mobile measurement
Experience with data orientated marketing technology e.g CDP’s, business intelligence tools
Experience with site analytics e.g Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics
Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Proficiency in API’s, integrations and cloud based marketing ecosystems
Proven experience of structuring and solving complex business problems using data and technology
Experience with marketing measurement including attribution, MMM, experimentation & executive reporting
Excellent understanding of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and their impact on digital marketing

Bachelor or Master degree in marketing, computer science, data analytics or other relevant degree
Minimum 7+ years professional experience in marketing technology roles, preferably in the financial services or global organization
Strong communication and marketing knowledge
Strong problem-solving, organization and project management skills Team player with excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills
Flexible, likes to explore, can handle changes, and not yet set project boundaries
Strong analytical skills and proficiency with business tools e.g. PPT, Excel, Outlook
Data driven attitude: true data curiosity and the ability to derive new insights
Ability to make the complicated, easy
Strong multitasking, accuracy and prioritizing skills in fast paced environment
Shows initiative, is pro-active and self-starting
Excellent level in English spoken and written
