As our Assembly Technician, you will play a critical role in a repetitive yet engaging production process. You will be working in a team (2-18) where cooperation is key, with the prospect of long-term employment at a well-established international company in Swalmen.
What will you do?
- Work on interesting projects in the aerospace industry as part of a small team.
- Assemble sheet metal parts, including drilling, screwing, and riveting with pneumatic hammers, ensuring each part is in the correct location.
- Work accurately according to work instructions, available in both Dutch and English.
- Contribute to a safe and efficient work environment.
What do we offer?
- An attractive salary between €16 - €18 per hour, depending on education and experience.
- 8.33% holiday allowance and 40 free days (27 holidays + 13 ADV days).
- Travel allowance for commuting.
- Working hours from 06:45 to 14:15 (early shift), with a half-hour lunch break and a short 10-minute break. and from 14:15 to 22:45uur(late shift)

Who are you?
- You have experience in or an affinity for assembly work.
- You are precise and motivated.
- You are able to work independently, but also in a team environment.
- You speak at least basic Dutch, German or English to communicate well with your colleagues.
- You are flexible, willing to learn and motivated to deliver quality work.
