Your Mission: Drive Excellence in Back of House Operations
As a Back of House (BOH) Specialist, you’ll take on a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations behind the scenes. You’ll monitor and manage the BOH area and specific sales zones, driving efficiency and contributing to overall commercial success. Your attention to detail and leadership will set the standard for operational excellence while supporting an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities Back of House Operations
- Shipment Management: Oversee the flow of all shipments, promptly addressing any discrepancies, shortages, or damages to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Organization & Safety: Maintain a clean, well-organized BOH area that transitions seamlessly between seasons and adheres to safety standards.
- Inventory Control: Perform box counts, validate against bills of lading, and report discrepancies immediately. Use the PIV report to manage inventory negatives and implement reduction plans.
- Performance Standards: Consistently control and ensure the BOH team meets the PRE standard, using the refill scorecard to drive performance improvements.
- Markdowns & Promotions: Execute and finalize markdowns and promotions in a timely and accurate manner.
- Stock Replenishment: Support the sales floor by ensuring timely product placement and restocking, maintaining an optimal flow of merchandise.
- Procedure Compliance: Accurately use reason codes, complete mis-mates, and follow proper transfer and RTV procedures in line with policies.

- Proven experience in a similar role with a track record of meeting and exceeding operational targets.
- Demonstrated success in coaching, training, and developing team members.
- Strong brand knowledge and the ability to embody and represent its attributes.
- A commercial mindset, with the ability to identify and act on opportunities to improve efficiency and drive sales.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively at all levels.
