Lead - Front of House (FOH)
Performance
- Truck, monitor and ensure the Athlete’s team meets sales goals and key metrics: Sales, Conversion, UPT, ADT,
- Support Store Management in implementing action plans to achieve individual & team results
- Build & maintain a strong commercial awareness of competitors & local markets
- Represent our ethics and values and make sure other follows as well
- Support Store Management in preparing One-On-One meetings for the team members
- Responsible for coaching & developing team members
- Responsible for measuring performance of store team
- Delegation and supervision of tasks in the store team
- Preparation of morning and afternoon update meetings (huddle) and daily plan for employees
Product
- Responsible for following all provided VM Guidelines
- Serve as a product knowledge resource for consumers and entry level associates
- Responsible for merchandise availability on the shopping floor
- Supporting Back of House team in overall stock management & movement in stockroom & on sales area
- Support to the Visual Merchandising team in the commercial preparation of the store and support the VM team
- Check cash drawers and prepare bank deposits
- Responsible for establishing a client centric mindset to ensure customer experience
- Responsible for customer data gathering & quality management
- Responsible for transaction, complaint & return handling
- Responsible that all company policies & procedures are followed
- Proficient utilization of business systems & latest technology
- Responsible for all operations for loss prevention on the sales floor
- Ability to communicate with the IT department and office team in case of system problems on the shift
